CHOOSE A STYLE 

 Camille offers Formal, Modern, Traditional or Artistic.

These styles are created in the studio with emphasis completely on the subjects. Artistic styles can be achieved either in the studio or on location.

TIPS

Choosing what to wear doesn't have to be challenging. Remember clothing is only a prop, not the focal point.  Stay away from clothes that may be distracting. Solids work the best. Choose colors that are good for your skin  tone.

Ladies, when preparing your MAKEUP, aim for a "natural glam".  Avoid wearing too much powder, which tends to emphasize pores and lines on camera. Avoid glitter, shimmer or products with excess sparkle or shine. 

Also avoid shiny lip gloss. A matte lipstick with some moisture works the best.

HAIR should be clean with highlights or color up to date.

CHOOSE THE STUDIO OR LOCATION

Environmental portraits are created using natural light and may need to be rescheduled if weather doesn't permit.

The most popular location is the beach but parks and golf communities can add a burst of green while a building or architectural location can create a modern or even an edgier artistic look.

CLOTHING

Clothing doesn't have to match but a clothing style should.  Also, colors don't have to match but the color palette you choose should be complimentary and blend well together.  Nothing can be more disruptive to a beautiful portrait that a distracting pattern.   A good suggestion is to put  everyone's outfits together and see if your eye flows comfortably. Also consider colors that work well in the room where a portrait will hang.

There are many sizes and different finishes.  Portrait prices reflect size and canvas printing with understated framing; however, there are many custom sizes and unique finishes such as acrylic and metal.
